Mediation and Family Dispute ResolutionA Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner since approximately 2007, and now AMDRAS accredited mediator, the Principal is experienced in conducting family and employment mediations. InvestigationsOver the past 10 years, the Principal has undertaken many investigations within schools and other organisations. These investigations have included reportable WHS incidents, bullying complaints between staff, sexual harassment between staff, child safeguarding and grooming matters, and Code of Conduct matters including fraud and other integrity matters. TrainingOur Principal has regularly presented inhouse training for schools and not-for-profits, including inhouse for schools and at conferences for in excess of 10 years. She regularly presents for The Education Network and Lawsense, and has previously presented for Legalwise.
