In mediation, we employ mediation techniques suitable to the matter and the parties to empower stakeholders to create mutually acceptable solutions and find lasting peace.

Why we are Different:
All of our services are provided on an entirely fixed-fee basis. No hourly billing, and no surprises. You know ahead of time what your bill will be and the milestones for payment. That's how we live out our integrity value.
Our Principal has extensive experience as a general practitioner in traditional law firms, as well as an inhouse lawyer within a faith-based school. Whilst we can do lots of "legal" things, we choose not to do work that we are not great at doing, or work we can't deliver promptly - if we take the job, we are confident we can do it well for you, and we have the time to do it promptly. There is nothing worse than waiting for a piece of work!
