Our mission is to assist organisations to respond to complaints, concerns and conflict promptly and effectively, resolve them efficiently, and support parties healing where possible. 

We provide services on an entirely fixed fee basis - not calculated on a "per hour" basis that is not entirely transparent and subject to change. You know ahead of time what your bill will be, and the milestones for payment. This is how we live out integrity and accountability - right from the very start.
